We're Hiring for a Hybrid Telehealth BCBA.

Must reside within the states of Texas or Oklahoma.

Qualifications

Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision
Required: Must reside within the state of Texas or Oklahoma
Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field
Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
Required: Licensed Professional: LBA TX per state guidelines, if applicable
Required: Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided
Preferred: 3-5 years' experience serving as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Preferred: 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience
Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player

Base Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.
Between $6K - $18K annually for bonuses, paid quarterly.
